Vendor Tables - Baltimore Christmas Show

Hello and welcome to Baltimore's inaugural Christmas Card Show hosted by JJO Gaming. Thank you for coming and checking out the event we're looking at having this holiday season! If you have special requests, please put them in the area during cart check out!

• Time: 9am-3pm
• Location: Tall Cedars of Lebanon Hall; 2501 Putty Hill Ave Parkville, MD 21234
• Setup time begins: 7am
• Breakdown time ends: 4pm
• Free parking
• Admission is $5
• I am aware that I am bigger in the Pokemon and TCG space. I am going to attempt to have this show be close to 60/40. Please tell your sports friends about it. TCG VENDORS do not apply to the sports vendors. You will be asked to leave with no recourse. If these tables remain unsold, I will open them up to everyone.

• Vendor set up is from 7am-9am day of. Breakdown is from 3pm to 4pm.
• No smoking, vaping, or drinking alcohol while inside the building.
• Vendors may not sublet or resell their tables. If you cannot attend please contact a JJO Gaming representative. Priority will be given if you have a replacement, otherwise we will consult the wait list. 
• JJO Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates are not responsible for injuries that may occur during the show.
• JJO Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates are not responsible for vendors merchandise. If vendor's product is broken/damaged/stolen, event organizer cannot be held liable. Your goods are your responsibility.
• JJO Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates are not responsible for damage caused by vendor to host property. This includes buildings, thoroughfares, and grounds.
• JJO Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates reserve the right to deny booth rental to businesses and associated parties without providing reasoning.
  Vendors are responsible for having all local licensing and handling local/state/federal taxes.
• Vendors who violate the rules may be subject to ejection without recourse.
